Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include your original receipt as proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without contact first so we can track it.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase will not meet our returns policy.
Sale items -
Only full priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned so please choose carefully.
Faulty Item/ Damaged Goods -
If an item is faulty or damaged we will happily replace them. In this case we will do our best to replace the item with the exact same thing. If we cannot do that then a refund may be given. If you need to speak to us regarding an exchange of a faulty item please send us an email at email@example.com and we will advise you of the next steps.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
